Germany allowed the testing of unmanned vehicles on its territory

As self-driving cars will be able to drive in Germany?
The most important requirement is that the wheel should sit to the driver. It may not look to use a phone while driving, but you need to take control if the autopilot of a vehicle is something goes wrong. In addition, the machine must be installed “black box” to record trips and track the person who operates the machine – human or computer. Also log flight recorder will help determine who is to blame in the possible accident: if a person, the authorities will ask from the driver. But if it’s a computer, is guilty of the automaker.
The new law will make the testing of new technologies to local car manufacturers much more affordable. Needless to say, Volkswagen, Daimler-Benz and BMW will not stop my experiments in California, because there can allow travel of unmanned vehicles without people on Board. But it is possible that in the near future it will allow in Germany.
