IFA 2017: Garmin introduced a hybrid smart watch vivomove HR
Garmin has introduced in the framework of the exhibition IFA 2017 their new smart watches vívomove HR with broad functionality.
Hybrid smart watch with the traditional dial with hands and a display and a touch panel. This design ensures long battery life — up to two weeks in normal chronometer and up to five days in the mode of the smart device.
In watch uses an OLED display with a size of 9.6 x 19.2 mm with a resolution of 64 × 128 pixels. When displaying the arrow automatically moves to a position not overlapping the screen. The watch is able to display various notifications.
A set of built-in sensors includes heart rate sensor Garmin Elevate, accelerometer, altimeter and ambient light sensor. The watch can monitor such parameters as heart rate, steps taken, number of passed steps and calories burned, distance traveled, sleep duration and other.
Communication with the device is done through Bluetooth connection. The manufacturer claims compatibility hours with Android, iOS and Windows.
The novelty will be offered in the basic version vívomove HR Sport and modification vívomove HR Premium with leather strap and metal housing. Weight hours, respectively of 40.8, compared to 56.5 grams and the dimensions are identical — 43 × 43 × 11,6 mm.
Depending on the performance of a hybrid smart watch Garmin vívomove HR can be purchased at a price from $200 to $300.
