“Nova poshta” is testing the iBeacon technology in branches
Beacons iBeacon is already installed in ten offices in Kiev, so now users of the mobile application of Nova poshta can already at the entrance to the office to see the screen of the smartphone information about their shipments and the customer’s card. For this you need to download to smartphone mobile application of Nova poshta and Bluetooth, closer to the separation or already in the room.
After completion of the pilot, the company will consider the decision about scaling the technology to the entire network of branches in Kiev and other cities of Ukraine. Soon through the app customers will be able to inform the staff that came to get the parcel. This will prevent the formation of queues, to reduce the time spent in the office to a minimum, and also to make the process of sending and receiving even easier.
In the future, in addition to informing clients about the status of your shipments, the technology will help provide customers with relevant information about the promotions and offers of the partners of “Nova poshta” from the e-commerce segment. Already now the company is introducing a pilot project for a dedicated Fund in the offices for faster servicing of clients, including mobile app users.
