Overview Call of Duty: aerial Warfare — the Continuum: punk, disco and kung fu
The first DLC for Infinite Warfare put subsequent additions in an awkward position: after Kevin Smith, cool zombie level in the style of the 90’s and magic cards Noir, to do something on the level is extremely difficult. Second collection — Continuum — released in the PSN under the scrutiny of the fans: “to fail or not?“. Like, all the counterarguments have a Continuum in place: a new place to fight with zombies (in new York of the 70’s!) and the standard four locations for heated battles. And one on the moon, and the second is by fast train from Modern Warfare 2.
Disco Inferno
The main attraction, inscribed in the ticket — another journey through time: this time in the era of wacky hairstyles and pants, the domination of funk and yet the whole of the twin towers. The four familiar heroes move from Junior camp of the 90s, and sent to new York in the mid-70s, which — what a surprise! — took control of the zombies. However, the encouraging voice out of nowhere: somewhere else there are living people, you only need to find them.
In an attempt to get to the finals you and your mates walk through all the stereotypes of the American metropolis of the time. On the tour, visit the dirty subway, colorful dance floor disco, a VIP area, disco-club, strip-zone disco-club and the roof of the disco. In the sewers you will find an exclusive guide in the image of the rat king and on the surface — the night sky of new York and those “twins” peeking over the shoulders of the skyscrapers below. The atmosphere is whimsical and free as ever in the Big Apple, perfectly transmitted, but slip errors, in particular, on the tables in the club not found any the white stripes. On the other hand, a nose and a zombie — and, judging by their extraordinary mobility, the nose they are able to use.
Part of the gameplay, here everything, as always — you and your friends (or alone, but that’s no fun) going a sort of funk-Quartet and arrange a small living dead “Apocalypse now.” And not necessarily with firearms or sharp — the level of scattered flask with a magical liquid that immediately turns you into Bruce Lee. Zombies flying with a single punch and if you pump the skill, you will learn some hands almost to blow up the entire square — that sounds better than to shoot from the boring machine, isn’t it?
The only problem in all this celebration of African-American culture — the level is very weirdly designed. If the Rave in the Redwoods was offered consistently to develop new pieces area, Shaolin Shuffle is a vertical nest where one thing flows from another and twists in the third. The first hour my head is spinning, and then confusing the corridors are somehow imprinted in my head, but still — stray will.
On the moon, zero
Of course, the set of zombified new York go another four levels for normal multiplayer fights. In the previous DLC, the balance of power was simple: one card — brilliant, second is great, third is good, fourth. Here, believe it or not, exactly the same situation.
We suggest to start from Scrap. Once the lunar station, now abandoned trash, which clashed two bored teams. In addition to a powerful aesthetic of ecstasy (the Earth hanging directly overhead), you get a perfectly designed level, where you can hide with “sniper” or cut circles without turning off the jetpack. The small size of the maps involves constant skirmishes, and it’s cool!
Location Turista takes you into a luxury SPA-resort, Packed in a giant skeleton of an ancient being. In principle, then you can not write anything — you often weighed headshots inside of a dinosaur, and even on the background of tanning beds? As in Scrap, here you can spend hours (okay, minutes) to track in crosshair running through enemies, or famously worn on the narrow streets, stuffing clots Blaster someone else’s head.
In Excess you will see a close relative of Rust Modern Warfare 2 — the same lines and General geography. Of change is that futuristic design and, of course, adapted to jetpack parkour yeah. Veterans of Call of Duty, perhaps, will be glad to run along the penthouse, but more Excess no catches.
Archive comes at an interesting area — no space, skyscrapers and skeletons of ancient animals… only art gallery. Events on this map takes place in the midst of the exhibition of modern art: abstract paintings and installations. References to real works not so much (there’s hovering in the air the shark), but it is fortunately if Activision has moved to Infinite Warfare, say, souffrances stock of Oleg Kulik, the game would have had to remove. And so it is harmless: on the walls of the circles and the triangles at the neighborhood coffee shop — not the best backdrop for the carnage.

The second DLC keeps the bar instead of the horror 90s cheap party 70s, and in return, the cyberpunk Noir — space beauty Scrap. A great Supplement to the already annoying pack of cards — if you gave up Infinite Warfare, it’s time to go back.
Advantages:
- zombies in the ‘ 70s — with the hair style “Afro”, on roller skates and flared trousers;
- actress pam Grier as a hidden playable character;
- four new maps, two of which — just wow;
- imputed price.
Disadvantages:
- non-obvious design of a zombie level in Shaolin Shuffle;
- frankly boring the map Archive.
