Ingredients:
- Radishes — 12 small pieces.
- Lettuce – 1 head (can be replaced with young cabbage).
- Poached eggs – 4 PCs.
- Red sweet pepper – 1 PC.
- Black olives, pitted – handful
- Green onions – 1 bunch
- Vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Olive oil – 4 tbs.
- Flaky sea salt, freshly ground black pepper – to taste
Preparation:
- Pepper fry on all sides on the grill or gas burneruntil the skins turn black.
- Place in a plastic bag, tie the neck and let cool. Then the pepper remove skin and remove the core. Flesh cut into strips approximately 3 cm.

- Mayonnaise — 1 tbsp
- Sour cream — 1 tsp.
- Green onions – 4 PCs.
- Salt, mixture of peppers (to taste)
Preparation:
- Cut sculptured radishes.
- Finely chop cucumber and green onion, egg, and cheese three on a fine grater.
- Dressed with mayonnaise and sour cream, add salt to taste and mix well.
- Spread the prepared mass to 1 tsp of each “flower” of the radish. Sprinkle top with a mixture of peppers and decorate with greens.
The filling for stuffed radishes can be different, for example, cottage cheese with garlic. Also it turns out very tasty.
Salad with salmon, shrimp and radishes
- Salmon (trout), salted fillet – 250 g
- Shrimp (boiled, peeled) – 200 g
- Radish – 200 g
- Green salad – 100 g
Ingredients for filling:
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar – 1-2 tsp
- Lemon juice (preferably fresh) – 1 tsp
- Lemon zest – ¼ tsp
- Salt – to taste
Preparation:
- Lettuce leaves wash, dry, coarsely pick by hand.
- Fillet of salmon or trout, cut into thin strips.
- Radish wash, dry, cut in half, halves cut into thin slices.
- For the filling: in a small bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt (optional), lemon juice and zest, mix until smooth.
- The filling put into the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
- On the dish lay out lettuce leaves, put the prawns, sliced fish and radish, pour the salad dressing (pre-strained) or just mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
Salad cheese with radish

- Radish – 200 g
- Cucumber – 200 g
- Tomato – 200 g
- Black olives – 100 g
- Green onion – 60 g
- Lettuce leaves – 150 g
- Salt, freshly ground black pepper, lemon juice – to taste
- Dill or parsley
- Olive oil
Preparation:
- Radishes cut into thin slices.
- Tomatoes and cucumbers cut into small pieces.

- Mix lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, cheese.

- Green onions, dill, parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Fry bread in the toaster or the oven.
- To take the cheese type “Philadelphia” or grind in a blender with plain cheese with a little sour cream.
- Radishes cut into thin slices.
- Finely chop onions and greens.
- Mix krivoozersky cheese, greens, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
