Original robot for rescue operations was presented by the developers of Tohoku University (Japan). By combining in its design the elements of the robotic arm, developed in Tokyo and robot snakes from the American company Sarcos, this device can penetrate into hard to reach places, bypassing the blockages and obstacles.

Structural robot brush is a flexible eight-device with a diameter of 15 cm, filled with air and covered with a synthetic material in the form of hard fibers. Moves the robot at a speed of 360 meters per hour, or 6 metres per minute. This speed is well suited for rescue operations. The weight of the robot is about 3 kg, and in the head part of the mechanism mounted lantern, 2 video cameras and a dosimeter.
