Startup Apis Cor from Irkutsk has created a 3D printer that is designed for the manufacture of houses. In just 24 hours it can be used to create a building which area is 37 m2. According to the company, such a structure can last around 175 years. Apis used Cor technology allows to build homes not only on earth but also on Mars.
The new printer is a portable device and can print directly to the site of their erection. The unique design of the apparatus can be promptly moved to a new location. In Stupino (Moscow region) on the basis of local plant cellular concrete has passed the test of the new equipment.
All building elements, including insulation and design of fences, was established on the site of construction of the house. The cost of the building amounted to about 600 thousand rubles, which corresponds to about 16 thousand rubles per 1 m2. Note that a unique printer has been created by the head of a startup Nikita Chen Yun-tai.
For service only need 2 people. Their task is to specify the plan of the building in a special program, also created in the Apis of Cor, control over the printing process and the materials. The head of the startup announced that commissioning of the printer in place of the proposed operation takes about half an hour. After the completion of the process at the site there is no debris. Also note that the printer is capable of operating at a temperature of about -35 degrees.
Admittedly, plans Apis Cor just Grand. The head of the company is confident in the ability to change the entire industry of construction and thus to eliminate the problem of expensive housing.
