Big Battery OUKITEL K12 Available To Pre-Order For $239.99

The OUKITEL K12 is one of the company’s newest smartphones, and this big battery phone is now available for pre-order. You can now get the device for only $239.99, which is its special price tag during the presale period. This price will be valid until June 17, when the device’s original price tag of $249.99 will be restored.

The OUKITEL K12 can be purchased via the company’s official store on AliExpress as we speak, and the purchase link is included below this article. It is worth noting that only the black variant of the device is available, as that is the only model that the company announced up to this point.

This smartphone is rather interesting in both terms of the design and specifications. One of the phone’s main selling points is its 10,000mAh battery pack, but that is not all it has to offer. The device also ships with 5V/6A fast charging, which will allow you to charge this battery from 0 to 100-percent in two hours and 20 minutes, which is not bad at all considering its size.

The OUKITEL K12 comes with a metal frame, while it has a sheet of leather on its back, so it offers far more grip than most of the competition. There are two vertically-aligned cameras included on the back of this phone, and below them sits a capacitive fingerprint scanner. The device includes a waterdrop notch on the front, while a “chin” is also present. The rest of its bezels are quite thin, though.

OUKITEL’s newest big battery phone is fueled by the Helio P35 64-bit octa-core processor, which is one of MediaTek’s mid-range chips. This is a 12nm processor, and the device also comes equipped with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable (up to 128GB via a microSD card) storage.

16 and 2-megapixel cameras can be found on the back of this phone, while a single 8-megapixel camera is included on its front. The device features a 6.3-inch fullHD+ display, and it ships with Android 9 Pie, a close-to-stock variant of Google’s operating system. The OUKITEL K12 does support 4G LTE connectivity, in case you were wondering.

Having said that, the company had also released a new promo video for this smartphone, in the video that is embedded down below, the OUKITEL K12 gets compared to the HONOR 8X Max. This time around, OUKITEL compares charging speeds.

The OUKITEL K12 ships with 5V/6A fast charging which can fully recharge its 10,000mAh battery in two hours and 15 minutes, while the HONOR 8X Max comes with 9V/2A charging which can recharge its 5,000mAh battery in two hours and 25 minutes. It’s clear that the OUKITEL K12’s charging is considerably faster than the one included with the HONOR 8X Max.
