Galaxy S10 Lite & Note 10 Lite May Not Launch Until CES 2020



The Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite and Note 10 Lite have been leaking for a while now. Both of those devices have been rumored to arrive by the end of 2019, but that may not be the case. According to a new report, the Galaxy S10 Lite and Note 10 Lite may launch at CES 2020.

This information comes from Korea Herald. The source says that both the Galaxy S10 Lite and Note 10 Lite are “likely to be presented at CES 2020”. As a reminder, CES 2020 kicks off on January 7. The source also added that both phones are likely to arrive to India in January.

That is pretty much all the info that Korea Herald released. This is the first time that we’re hearing such information, as pretty much every rumor suggested that the two phones will launch by the end of the year.

That may still end up being the case. We’ll simply have to wait and see. It is possible that Samsung will announce both phones via its official website soon, and then physically present them at CES 2020.

The Galaxy S10 Lite and Note 10 Lite both surfaced in renders recently. Spec sheets for both phones have also appeared. All in all, we have quite a few info regarding both phones.

Renders of both devices appeared on WinFuture.de, while we shared some exclusive images as well. Both phones will be made out of metal and glass, with a centered display camera hole.

The Galaxy S10 Lite si rumored to include a more powerful SoC

Based on the info that leaked, the Galaxy Note 10 Lite will be inferior to the Galaxy S10 Lite. The Note 10 Lite is said to ship with the Exynos 9810. That was Samsung’s flagship chip for 2018.

The Galaxy S10 Lite, on the other hand, is rumored to be fueled by the Snapdragon 855. That, along with the Snapdragon 855+, is Qualcomm’s flagship processor for 2019.

The Galaxy Note 10 Lite will, unlike the Galaxy S10 Lite, include an S Pen stylus. This phone will probably offer most of the Galaxy Note 10 S Pen features, if not all of them.

Both phones are expected to ship with Android 10 out of the box. On top of Google’s OS, you’ll find Samsung’s One UI 2.0 skin.

Both devices will sport really thin bezels. The bottom bezel will be the thickest on both phones, while you’ll be able to find multiple cameras on the back of these two phones.

We’re still not sure how much will the Galaxy S10 Lite cost. The Galaxy Note 10 Lite is rumored to start at €609 in Europe, at least specific parts of Europe.
