Meanwhile, killing 400 enemies will earn you 3 Holiday Knots. To spend these, you will need to go to the Lunar Festival Exchange Center. There you can find various items for exchange such as guns and crates.

Launch the game and find the Event page

For starters, you’ll need to launch the game and find the event page. The featured event should pop up on screen before the main home screen loads.

That being said, it only briefly talks about the event, but not the actual missions or tasks. To find the event page, look to the left hand side of the home screen and find the carousel banner above the Store button.

Tap on any event panel that’s in view, and then scroll to find the event in view, the Lunar Festival Challenge. Or, scroll through the carousel banner to find the Lunar Festival Challenge and tap directly on it.

If you simply tap on any event panel, The Lunar Festival will be at the top, just below the Daily Log-In Rewards tab.

Once there, you’ll see the list of tasks that you need to complete for each mission. This begins with killing 40 enemies, then killing 80 enemies, then 120, then 160, then 240, then 320, and the finally 400. Killing enemies can also be done in any mode you want, so feel free to play whichever you mode you like the best.

There are multiple ways to launch each mission

Activision makes it pretty easy to complete the missions for challenges and earn rewards.

You can simply launch the mode related to the challenge from the correct menu. I.E. multiplayer, battle royale, ranked, or zombies. Launching from the respective menu will let you earn progress towards any open events and challenges.

However, you can also launch each mission from the Event page at the corresponding event tab. Once you find the event challenge you’re working on, there are “Go” buttons listed next to each mission task. Pushing this will take you right to the launch screen for that specific match type mode. All you have to do is hit the start button.

Not to mention, this gives you a tally of any mission tasks you’ve completed, and shows you what you still have left to do.

Earning Holiday Knots – All Methods

For this particular new challenge and event there are multiple ways to earn the event-specific rewards. You can pick up a few Holiday Knots by doing the tasks under the Lunar Festival Challenge tab, which is just killing enemies.

But you won’t earn enough to get everything that you can exchange those for. The good news is that there’s other ways to get Holiday Knots.

In the events list, you will find multiple Lunar Festival-related tabs. Complete the tasks in each one of these to get even more Holiday Knots for exchange. Lunar Festival Battlefield is one of these and requires you to play matches, starting with two and working your way up to 20. These can also be done in any mode.

You can also acquire more Holiday Knots by sending XP cards to friends. So make sure that you send those as often as possible.
