This Is The Final Design Of The OnePlus Nord

The OnePlus Nord has just surfaced in two new renders, giving us the best look at its design thus far. These images have been shared by Evan Blass, via his Patreon account.

Feast your eyes on the OnePlus Nord design, this is the best leak yet

You can clearly see the phone’s front, back, left and right sides here. As expected, the device will be made out of metal and glass. It will offer rounded corners, and also rounded display corners.

The pill-shaped display camera hole will be placed in the top-left corner of its display. The volume up / down buttons are placed on the left, and you can clearly see them here.

The power / lock button, and alert slider switch will be included on the right. Those are also visible in one of these images. You can also clearly see that this phone will include a flat display, unlike its siblings.

This is the black variant of the phone, and interestingly enough, it comes with a silver frame. Bezels on the device are quite thin, though its bottom bezel is noticeably thicker than the rest.

OnePlus’ branding is included on the back of the phone, in two places. The phone includes four cameras on the back, and they’re located in the top-left corner. Those cameras are vertically-aligned, while an LED flash is placed right next to them.

The OnePlus Nord will launch on July 21. The company already confirmed its launch date, as the device will launch during an AR event. Alongside it, we’re also expecting to see the OnePlus Buds / Pods, its first TWS earphones.

The OnePlus Nord has been confirmed to ship with the Snapdragon 765G 64-bit octa-core processor. That chip does support 5G connectivity, so that means the OnePlus Nord will as well.

The phone will feature an AMOLED display, quite probably a 90Hz panel

The company’s exec also confirmed that the phone will include an AMOLED display. We’re probably looking at a fullHD+ panel here, with a 90Hz refresh rate. We’re guessing it will be at least 6.5 inches in size.

A large battery is also expected here, along with 30W fast wired charging. The phone will utilize a 48-megapixel main camera on the back, probably the same one you can find in the OnePlus 8.

OnePlus’ CEO, Pete Lau, did confirm that the OnePlus Nord will cost less than $500. He was talking about Indian pricing at the time, but chances are that it will cost less in Europe as well.

There you have it. This is the OnePlus Nord in its full glory, this is the best look at the phone’s design we have thus far. We’re getting closer to its launch by the day, more info is expected to surface soon.
