UAG Galaxy Note 10 Cases Meet Military Drop Standards

Those familiar with rugged cases and looking toward upgrading to the Galaxy Note 10 or Galaxy Note 10+ now have new options to consider with Urban Armor Gear. UAG has launched a new series of cases for Samsung’s latest smartphones in the Galaxy Note family and all of the cases meet military drop standards according to the case manufacturer.

What this means is that you shouldn’t have to worry about damaging your phone if it happens to slip out of your hands, and instead can worry about more important things. Accidents happen and people drop their phones, but with the right protection you can simply pick the device up and go about your day.

UAG says that its Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ cases are all new design models that it worked closely with Samsung to create. Each case will still come with familiar UAG design elements but also unique style that is tailored to Samsung’s Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ to highlight the best features of both phones.

There are three different case designs to choose from in UAG’s new set. This includes the Plasma Series case, the Plyo Series case, and the Monarch Series case. All of UAG’s Galaxy Note 10 series cases are rugged enough to keep the phone protected from drops and scratches and accidental dings but without giving up on the stylish designs of the phone as each case is relatively thin compared to some other rugged cases out there.

All three cases are a little bit different in their makeup and offer something different to the customer. The Monarch case uses “hand-crafted, featherlight construction with five layers of protection,” it uses a combination of alloy metal and top grain leather, and the Monarch series case is the only one out of the three that meets two times the military drop-test standard and it comes with a 10-year limited warranty. The Monarch comes in either Crimson or Black options.

As for the Plyo series case, it’s more of an armor shell with an impact resistant soft core, so the inside of the case is slightly softer than the outside. The case also comes with impact cushioning bumpers on the corners to protect from drops to those crucial areas. The Plasma series is the lightest and thinnest case of the three and is made of a composite material that should feel like a more stiff silicone or plastic. The Plyo series comes in Ash while the Plasma series is available in both Ash and Ice colors.

When it comes to cost, all three cases are available at $39.95 so even if you go with the Monarch which has more drop protection based on the rating you won’t be paying more money for it. All the cases are also compatible with the Galaxy Note 10’s most advanced features like Samsung Pay, Reverse Wireless Charging, Samsung Wireless Charging, and there are easy access to the ports as well as oversized buttons. All of the cases are available to buy now and will ship within a week according to UAG, so the case will probably be there before your Galaxy Note 10 or Galaxy Note 10+ if you chose to order one.
