Verizon customers can get a year of Netflix Premium for free

Verizon is offering a year of free subscription to Netflix Premium to its customers. All Verizon wireless, 5G Home, and LTE Home customers are eligible for the promotion. It will be available starting March 12 through +play, the wireless giant’s one-stop shop for content subscriptions.

Verizon’s +play service is an all-in-one hub for buying and managing subscriptions. It integrates all major subscription services in one place for you to compare prices and content before buying. You’ll find everything from news, sports, and entertainment to education, gaming, lifestyle, and fitness here. You may even save a few dollars every month by purchasing subscriptions through +play, which is exclusive to Verizon customers.

The latest +play offer brings one year of Netflix’s Premium plan for free. Of course, these kinds of offers don’t come without any caveats or terms and conditions. This time around, Verizon is asking its customers to purchase an annual subscription from a selection of +play partners, including AMC+, Calm, MasterClass, Paramount+, the Peloton App, STARZ, and Super Duolingo.

If you purchase an annual plan for one of the eligible services, Verizon will give you a year of subscription to Netflix Premium for free. Currently priced at $19.99 per month excluding taxes, the offer is worth more than $240 in annual savings. The company says that the offer will only be available for a limited time starting Sunday, March 12. So you’d want to get in fast. You can visit Verizon +play here.

“+play – and our offer with Netflix – demonstrates Verizon’s leadership in bringing the best, most loved content partners and services together for the benefit of the customer,” said Erin McPherson, Chief Content Officer at Verizon. “+play features never-before-seen offers and bundles that give consumers the power to purchase the types of services and experiences they want at prices they’ll love.”

Verizon is also adding new partners to +play

Verizon’s “Netflix on us” offer through +play coincides with the expansion of the service. The wireless biggie has added ten new partners to the hub: Blue Apron, FlixLatino, KOCOWA+, Hallmark TV, Marquee TV, MasterClass, Paramount+, Quello Concerts by Stingray, UP Faith and Family, and Wondrium. All Verizon wireless, 5G Home, and LTE Home customers can now buy subscriptions to these platforms through +play.
